CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1705 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br /> OF BOULELVARD DEVELOPMENT AND DAVID <br /> MARTINEZ FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO A <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AS FILED UNDER <br /> CASE PUD-90-19-6M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Boulevard Development and David Martinez have applied for a major <br /> modification to an approved PUD plan to change the exterior color/material <br /> requirements and the methodology used to calculate building height, and to <br /> increase the maximum house size allowed for the first tier of custom lots <br /> along Foothill Road in the Moller Ranch residential project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Rural/Low <br /> Density Residential and A (Agriculture) Districts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for <br /> conditional approval of the major modification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 4, 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed modifications to the <br /> approved Planned Unit Development plan, as conditioned, are appropriate. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-90-19-6M, the application of Boulevard Development <br /> and David Martinez for a major modification to an approved PUD plan to <br /> change the exterior color/material requirements and the methodology used <br /> to calculate building height for the Moller residential project, subject to the <br /> conditions shown on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
