CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1720 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br /> OF SILVER BEAR, LTD. FOR PUD PLAN APPROVAL, <br /> AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-97-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Silver Bear, Ltd. has applied for Planned Unit Development plan approval to <br /> construct a 1,920 square foot barn for agricultural use located at 1364 Vineyard <br /> Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Special Planning Area (Vineyard Corridor Study Area), <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development) - RDR (Rural Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the <br /> PUD plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 15, 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the PUD plan is appropriate for the site which is located <br /> in the rural Vineyard Avenue corridor. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-97-10, the application of Silver Bear, Ltd. for Planned <br /> Unit Development plan approval to construct a 1,920 square foot barn for <br /> agricultural use located at 1364 Vineyard Avenue, subject to the conditions <br /> shown on "Exhibit B", attached hemto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in the "Tri-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance <br /> shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
