CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1716 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br /> OF THE PEGASUS GROUP FOR PUD PLAN <br /> APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-97-06 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pegasus Group has applied for Planned Unit Development plan <br /> approval to construct a self-storage facility consisting of five self-storage <br /> buildings and an office/resident manager's unit totaling 72,550 square feet <br /> located on the north side of Stanley Boulevard between Valley Avenue and <br /> Reflections Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - C <br /> (Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was <br /> adopted by Council on July 1, 1997; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval <br /> of the PUD plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on May 20, 1997; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the PUD plan is consistent with the General Plan <br /> policies of the City of Pleasanton and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves Case PUD-97-06, the application of the Pegasus Group for <br /> Planned Unit Development plan approval to construct a self-stoarage <br /> facility consisting of five self-storage buildings and an office/resident <br /> manager's unit totaling 72,550 square feet located on the north side of <br /> Stanley Boulevard between Valley Avenue and Reflections Drive, subject <br /> to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B" attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
