CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1715 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br /> OF HACIENDA OWNERS ASSOCIATION FOR A <br /> MAJOR MODIFICATION TO THE HACIENDA PUD <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER <br /> CASE PUD-81-30-38M AND PUD-85-8-15M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hacienda Owners Association has applied for a major modification to the <br /> Hacienda PUD conditions of approval to allow the elimination of the air, noise, <br /> and water quality monitoring requirements for the Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 28, 1997, the Planning Commission, after considering all <br /> public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br /> concerning this application, recommended the elimination of the noise and water <br /> quality monitoring programs and the retention of the air quality monitoring <br /> program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by <br /> the City Council on June 17, 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on June 17, 1997, <br /> at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed modification is consistent with the <br /> General Plan and the PUD zoning and development plan for the property. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves Case PUD-81-30-38M and PUD-85-8-15M, amending Ordinance 1325 <br /> as shown in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in the "Tri-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance <br /> shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
