PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-25 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS THAT SHOULD BE RANKED AS <br />PRIORITY" <br /> <br />CAPITAL <br />"HIGHEST <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 10, 1999, the Planning Commission reviewed the <br />unfunded Capital Improvement Projects in order to make a recommendation to the <br />City Council regarding the "highest priority" projects and the allocation of <br />$825,000 in remaining unallocated revenue from last year's Capital Improvement <br />Program reserves; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed meeting of March 10, 1999, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the projects that should be ranked as <br />"highest priority" are: Additional Park Land Improvements at the San Francisco <br />Site; Community Trails System (includes Arroyos); Delucchi Park and Wayside <br />Park: Phase II Renovation; Veterans Memorial Building: Master Plan; <br />Reforestation Project; City Hall/Community Center; Downtown Parking; <br />Development of Pleasanton Municipal Golf Course; and Val Vista Park: Park <br />Master Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends to the City Council that the projects that should be ranked as "highest <br /> priority" are: Additional Park Land Improvements at the San Francisco Site; <br /> Community Trails System (includes Arroyos); Delucchi Park and Wayside Park: <br /> Phase II Renovation; Veterans Memorial Building: Master Plan; Reforestation <br /> Project; City Hall/Community Center; Downtown Parking; Development of <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Golf Course; and Val Vista Park: Park Master Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
