PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-24 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ALLOCATION <br />OF $825,000 IN REMAINING UNALLOCATED REVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 10,1999 the Planning Commission reviewed the unfunded <br />Capital Improvement Projects in order to make a recommendation to the City <br />Council regarding the "highest priority" projects and the allocation of $825,000 in <br />remaining unallocated revenue from last year's Capital Improvement Program <br />reserves; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed meeting of March I0, 1999, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />city staff concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that one-half of the remaining $825,000 of <br />unallocated funds should be allocated to the Municipal Golf Course project which <br />is currently underfunded and that one-half of the funds be retained for initiation of <br />a project in forthcoming years for school traffic mitigation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNiNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section. <br /> <br />Recommends to the City Council that one-half of the remaining $825,000 of <br />unallocated funds should be allocated to the Municipal Golf Course project which is <br />currently underfunded and that one-half of the funds be retained for initiation of a <br />project in forthcoming years for school traffic mitigation. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
