PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-13 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR THE APPLICATION OF PASSPORT HOMES, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-98-08 WHEREAS, Passport Homes has applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval of an approximately 64-acre site into six new single-family residential lots, one for the existing home, and one open space lot to be dedicated to the East Bay Regional Park District located at 11115 Dublin Canyon Road; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 18, 1999, and received the recommendations of staff; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 10, 1999, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration prepared for the proposed project; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project would not have a significant environmental impact. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLO~VING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of Passport Homes for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval of an approximately 64-acre site into six new single-family residential lots, one for the existing home, and one open space lot to be dedicated to the East Bay Regional Park District located at 11115 Dublin Canyon Road. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
