PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-13 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR THE APPLICATION OF PASSPORT HOMES, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-98-08 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Passport Homes has applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning and <br />development plan approval of an approximately 64-acre site into six new <br />single-family residential lots, one for the existing home, and one open space lot to <br />be dedicated to the East Bay Regional Park District located at 11115 Dublin <br />Canyon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br /> January 18, 1999, and received the recommendations of staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 10, 1999, the Planning Commission received a <br /> proposed negative declaration prepared for the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with <br />the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project would not have a <br /> significant environmental impact. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLO~VING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of <br /> Passport Homes for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan <br /> approval of an approximately 64-acre site into six new single-family residential lots, <br /> one for the existing home, and one open space lot to be dedicated to the East Bay <br /> Regional Park District located at 11115 Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
