PLANNiNG COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR THE APPLICATION OF DALE MORRIS, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE RZ-98-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Dale Morris has applied to rezone an approximately 7,500 square-foot lot located <br />at 141 Ray Street from the RM-I,500 (Multi-Family Residential) zoning district <br />to the R-1-6,500 (Single-Family Residential) zoning district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br /> January 23, 1999, and received the recommendations of staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 10, 1999, the Planning Commission received a <br /> proposed negative declaration prepared for the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with <br />the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project would not have a <br /> significant environmental impact; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project will have no <br /> potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOXV1NG: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of <br /> Dale Morris to rezone an approximately 7,500 square-foot lot located at 141 Ray <br /> Street from the RM-1,500 (Multi-Family Residential) zoning district to the R-1-6,500 <br /> (Single-Family Residential) zoning district. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
