PLANN1NG COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROViNG THE APPLICATION OF THE PLEASANTON HiNES <br />LAND, LLC FOR A DESIGN REVIEW MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-22-9M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Pleasanton Hines Land, LLC has applied for a design review modification to an <br />approved Planned Unit Development to modify the building design and site <br />layout for the former Wells Fargo project to construct four, five-story office <br />buildings totaling 604,750 square feet on a 27.8 acre parcel located at the <br />southeast comer of Stoneridge Mall Road and Embarcadero Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the properties is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - C-O <br /> (Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of January 27, 1999, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, impacts of development on this site were analyzed previously through the original <br /> Initial Study adopted in 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed building design will result <br />in a very positive development of this highly visible site and that the site plan <br />provides efficient on-site circulation, adequate parking, and well-designed <br />landscape areas. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNiNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-22-9M, the application of Pleasanton Hines Land, LLC <br />for a design review modification to an approved Planned Unit Development to <br />modify the building design and site layout for the former Wells Fargo project to <br />construct four, five-story office buildings totaling 604,750 square feet on a 27.8 <br />acre parcel located at the southeast comer of Stoneridge Mall Road and <br />Embarcadero Court subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
