FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />SANTA RITA-TASSAJARA INTERCHANGE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department <br />of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented an agree- <br />ment entitled "Freeway Maintenance Agreement" which concerns <br />the portion of State Highway Route 580 (Old 50), in the City <br />of Pteasanton, at Tassajara Road at the north city limits of <br />Pleasanton, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read Said Agreement <br /> <br />in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Said Freeway Maintenance Agreement is hereby approved,, <br />and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to <br />execute the same on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. This Agreement shall substitute an existing agreement <br />between Alameda County and the State of California, and <br />supplements the agreement approved by Resolution No. 65-153 <br />adopted September 7, 1965. <br /> <br />DATED: January 17, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JOHN B.
