Upon recommendation of the City Engineer, the Tenta- <br />tive Subdivision Map submitted by Pleasanton Investors, <br />entitled Tract No. 2639 (Fairlands), being a portion of <br />Annex No. 32, Rose Annex, is hereby extended for a period <br />of one year to expire February 10, 1967, upon terms and <br />conditions as follows: <br /> <br /> a. The City may reconsider alignment of streets, <br /> utilities and other matters under the Sub- <br /> division Map Ordinance in the event the <br /> Subdivider and Pacific Telephone Company <br /> fail to resolve problems concerning an <br /> underground telephone cable to the satis- <br /> faction of the City Engineer, and <br /> <br /> b.
