CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE AND A BUILDING EVALUA-- <br />TION SCHEDULE FOR BUILDING PERMITS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 7, 1966, Ordinance No. 440 of the City of <br />Pleasanton, adopting the 1964 Edition of the Uniform Building <br />Code, was introduced by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said ordinance provides for the adoption of a schedule~ <br />of fees for building permits by resolution of the City Council;; <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORe, BE IT RESOLVED, that the schedule of Fees for <br />Butiding Permits, Table 1 and the Building Valuation Schedule, <br />Table 2, for use therewith, all attached hereto, are hereby <br />adopted and t~same shall become effective when Ordinance No. <br />440 becomes effective, and shall remain in full force and <br />effect uf~til a superseding schedule of fees is adopted. <br /> <br />DATED: February 7, 1966 <br /> <br />~JOHN B.
