CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A BOARD OF APPEALS PURSUANT TO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 441. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 7, 1966, Ordinance No. 441 of the City <br />of Pleasanton, adopting the 1964 Edition of the Uniform Plumbinhg <br />Code, was passed and adopted by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides for the establishment of a <br />Board of Appeals to act on matters pertaining thereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Said Ordinance further provides that the City Council <br />may by Resolution designate any Board of Appeals created by <br />any other Ordinance to be and act as the Board of Appeals <br />established by said Ordinance No. 441; <br /> <br />NOW, TMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Appeals <br />created by Ordinance 394, the Unsafe Building Ordinance, is <br />hereby designated as the Board of Appeals established by said <br />Ordinance No. 441 and its appointed members and their successores <br />shall act as the Board of Appeals pursuant to said Ordinance <br />No. 441; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTMER RESOLVED that said designation shall become effect. <br />tire when said Ordinance No. 441 becomes effective, and shall <br />remain in full force and effect until a superseding Board of <br />Appeals is designated. <br /> <br />DATED: February 7, 1966 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
