PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-14 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF GREG MUNN (FOR HOSS <br />BOZORGZAD) FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PDR-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Greg Munn (for Hoss Bozorgzad) has applied for design review approval to <br />construct an approximately 5,414 square-foot, two-story, single-family custom <br />home with a detached secondary unit of approximately 750 square feet located at <br />488 Sycamore Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Planned Unit Development (PUD) - Low Density <br /> Residential (LDR) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of February 23, 2000, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff conceming this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project substantially <br /> conforms with the PUD development standards and design guidelines for this site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves the application of Greg Mann (for Hoss Bozorgzad) for design review <br />approval to construct an approximately 5,414 square-foot, two-story, <br />single-family custom home with a detached secondary unit of approximately 750 <br />square feet located at 488 Sycamore Road, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit "B.I," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
