PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BOB AND RONI PERATA <br />FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-99-290 <br /> <br />Bob and Roni Perata has applied for design review approval to construct a <br />two-story, 4,419-sqnare-foot, single-family custom home with a 762-sqnare-foot <br />garage on a 1.2-acre vacant lot located at 8093 Bethel Lane; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Planned Unit Development (PUD) - Low Density <br /> Residential (LDR); West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay District; and <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of Februa~ 9, 2000, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed plans adequately address <br />all of the design parameters approved by the Planning Commission in its 1998 <br />review of this lot and the colors and materials for the exterior of the home meet <br />both the requirements of the existing West Foothill Corridor Overlay District and <br />the proposed changes to it. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />S~tion 1. <br /> <br />Approves the application of Bob and Roni Perata for design review approval to <br />construct a two-story, 4,419-square-foot, single-family custom home with a <br />762-square-foot garage on a 1.2-acre vacant lot located at 8093 Bethel Lane, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days a~er its passage and adoption <br /> unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
