PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-08 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CM REALTY FOR DESIGN <br />REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-81D <br /> <br />CM Realty has applied for design review approval to allow the construction ora <br />two-story office building totaling 20,410-square feet on 1.36_~ acres of land <br />generally located southwest of the Chabot Drive/Gibraltar Drive North <br />intersection in the Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br /> Industrial/Commereial-Offxee) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of February 9, 2000, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the existing Environmental Impact Report <br /> previously approved by the City Council for Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project would be an <br />attractive and compatible addition to the Hacienda Business Park and the plan <br />satisfies the requirements of the Hacienda Design Guidelines. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-gl-30-81D, the application of CM Realty for design review <br />approval to allow the construction of a two-story office building totaling <br />20,410-square feet on 1.36+ acres of land generally located southwest of the <br />Chabot Drive/Gibraltar Drive North intersection in the Hacienda Business Park, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
