PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-02 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION OF PAUL FAGLIANO FOR MINOR <br />AMENDMENTS TO THE VINEYARD AVENUE CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN AND <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICTS, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />SPA-99-01 AND PUD-99-16 <br /> <br />Paul Fagliano has applied for an amendment to the Vineyard Avenue Corridor <br />Specific Plan to: (1) allocate one new primary home site to the 5.5-acre parcel <br />owned by Paul Fagliano at 1364 Vineyard Avenue; (2) allocate one new primary <br />home site to the 7.1-acre adjacent parcel owned by Leonard Thibault; and (3) <br />reduce the allocation of new primary home sites at 2200 Vineyard Avenue owned <br />by Frank Berlogar from 14 to 13; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Planned Unit Development (PUD) - Semi-Rural <br /> Residential District and PUD - Hillside Residential; and <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of January 12, 2000 the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the allocation of one new primary <br />home site to the parcel owned by Paul Fagliano at 1364 Vineyard Avenue would <br />be incompatible with the agriculture operations conducted at the adjacent Foley <br />Ranch cored. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWINO: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Denies the application of Paul Fagliano for an amendment to the Vineyard <br />Avenue Corridor Specific Plan to: (1) allocate one new prima~y home site to the <br />5.5-acre parcel owned by Paul Fagliano at 1364 Vineyard Avenue; (2) allocate <br />one new primary home site to the 7.1-acre adjacent parcel owned by Leonard <br />Thibault; and (3) reduce the allocation of new primary home sites at 2200 <br />Vineyard Avenue owned by Frank Beflogar from 14 to 13. <br /> <br /> <br />
