The City ~il ~s hereby respectfully request the <br />Local Agency Format~Comm~sion of Alameda CountY to modify <br />the appr~¢ed "Dubltn Annexa~on" by withdrawing and deleting <br />property described as follows: <br /> <br /> Approximately 268 ~cres owned by Volk-McLain <br /> Cou~m~nities, Inc., situated in the southern <br /> portion of the Walker Ranch, southwesterly <br /> of Interstate Route 580 and Hopyard Road. <br /> <br /> 2. This Wequest ~is based upon the change of circumstances <br />involving property owner's application for residential zoning <br />for said 268 acres. <br /> <br /> 3. The City ¢o~i~s respectfully request the Local <br />Agency Formation C~J:~:~a~prove the above-described <br />Z68.acres as a sepa~ee and-~/~.~.~ct annexation, under the <br />'~n~nhabited Annexation Act of 19~9". <br /> <br /> 4. The City officers are directed to present copies of <br />this resolution to the Local ~Agency.
