The City Council does hereby ackmowledge receipt of <br />'~otice of Intent to Circulate Petition for Dublin Anmexation <br />to the City of PleaSsnton Under the Annexation Act of 1913", <br />dated Jm~ary 23, 1967. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council instructs the City Clerk to file said <br />Notice of Intent in the proceedings known as "DublinArmexatton". <br /> <br /> 3. .The City Council does~t~orize the publication of <br />said Notzce of Intent in "THE TI~", a newspaper of general <br />circulation published within the City, one time, along with a <br />printed statement not to exceed five hundred words in length, <br />stating the reasons for circulating a petition for annexation. <br /> <br /> 4. Upon receiving the Affidavit of Publication, the City <br />Council may further consent to the terms of the proposed petition <br />amd the general terms of the question to be submitted to the <br />electors within the territory concerning bonded indebtedness <br />outstanding or authorized on the date of first publication of <br />Notice of Election. <br /> <br />DATED: January 23, 1967. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
