UTII3N NO. 68-6 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING QuITcLAIM DEED OF PA~K SITE, <br />AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF ADJUSTED PARK <br /> SITE IN FAIRLANDS <br /> <br /> WMEREAS, First ~easanton Investors and Amador Valley <br />Investors, partnerships, filed and obtained City approval for <br />tentative map of minor subdivision for Lots No. 113, 114 and 115 <br />Tract 2639, Fairlands Unit #1, and of Lots No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, <br />Tract 2964, :F~irlands Unit #3, as drawn by MacKay & Somps, Civil <br />Engineers, dated September, 1967, and approved said map changes <br />requiring adjusting the boundaries of the two-acre park site; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute in <br />behalf of the City of Pleasanton quitclaim deed from ~he CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON to FIRST I~-~ASANTON INVESTORS, a partnership, dated <br />January 15, 1968, transferring title to said park to grantee. <br /> <br /> 2. Said property being quitclaimed is further described as <br />real property in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />more particularly described as: <br /> <br />Lot 114 as said lot is shown on the map of "Tract 2639, <br />Fairlands U~it No. I, ~ity of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California", fzled October 28~ 1966 in Book 53 <br />of Maps, pages 38 through 44, in the office of the <br />County Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> <br /> 3. The City officers are authorized to accept, and by this <br />resolution the City does hereby accept real property conveyed to <br />the City in the document described below. <br /> <br /> 4. This document, describing a two-acre park site, is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Grant deed from FIRST PLEASANTON INVESTORS, a partner- <br />ship, and AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS, a partnership, to <br />the CITY OF PLEA~ANTON, a municipal corporation, <br />dated December 20, 1967. <br /> <br /> 5.
