CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMED~ <br /> STAFE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />R~OI.UTI.ON NO,, 68-21 <br /> <br />APPROVING FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2842, <br />pLEA~ANTON VALLEY,UNIT NO. 14, AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2842, Pleasanton Valley, Unit <br />No. 14, drawn by Martin & Bissell, Civil Engineers, San Leandro, <br />California, dated January, 1968, is hereby approved; and the City <br />officers are authorized to execute the necessary tutle sheet <br />certificates in behalf of the City, as provided below. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and D & V BUilders, Inc., <br />6000 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland 9, California, dated February 12, <br />1968. <br /> <br /> 3. Ail plans, specifications, instruments and documents <br />of title required by said agreements or City ordinances being in <br />the hands of the City Clerk~ the City Council does hereby consent <br />to the recording of said Final Map. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights-of-way shown on <br />said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br />separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br /> DATED: February 12, 1968. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
