RESOLUTION NO. 68-23 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of <br />the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, a.~ap showing <br />the boundaries of Assessment District No. 1967-1, West Pleasanton <br />Sewer, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the-City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that that <br />certain map entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District <br /> <br />1967-1., West Pleasanton <br />California," be and the <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER <br /> <br />Sewer, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br /> <br />same is hereby approved; and <br />RESOLVED that.a certified copy of said <br /> <br />boundary map herein approved shall be filed with the County <br />Recorder of the County of Alameda in accordance with the pro- <br />visions of Part 2, Division 4.$ of the Streets and Highways <br /> <br />Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was <br />duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting <br />thereof, held on the 19th day of February, 1968, by the following vote, <br /> <br />to wit: <br />AYES: Councilmen GERTON, <br />NOES: Councilmen NONE <br />ABSENT: Councilmen NONE <br /> <br />I~ONG'~ REC.~A~ REID AND NAI~OR HARDING <br /> <br />HELEN C.
