RESOLUTION NO. 68-24 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING JURISDICTION OF THE <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA, IN CONNECTION WITH <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-1, WEST PLEASANTON SEWER, <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON~ ALAMEDA COUNTY~ CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that the City Council of <br />said City of Pleasanton proposes to adopt a Resolution of Inten- <br />tion, a copy of which is annexed hereto, marked "Exhibit A", <br />and, by this reference, incorporated herein as though fully <br />set forth herein; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. A portion of the property proposed to be assessed lies within <br />the unincorporated territory of the County of Alameda. <br /> <br /> 2. The area of the County of Alameda which lies within <br />the'proposed assessment district will, in the opinion of the City <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton be benefited by the improvements <br />and acquisitions referred to in the proposed Resolution of Inten- <br />tion annexed hereto. <br /> <br /> $. The proposed Resolution of Intention annexed hereto <br /> <br />and marked "Exhibit A" is hereby adopted as the proposed Reso- <br />lution of Intention for the improvements and acquisitions herein- <br />above referred to. . <br /> <br /> 4. The consent o£ the County of Alameda through its <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors is hereby requested to the formation of <br />the district described in said proposed Resolut£on of Inten- <br />tion, to the improvements and acqui'sitions therein described, <br />and to the assumption o£ jurisdiction by this City Council for <br />all purposes in connection with the formation of said assess- <br />ment district, the improvements and acquisitions to be made, <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />'ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
