CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIPORNIA <br /> <br /> RI~,~OLUTION NO. <br /> <br />AUTHORZZING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 3, TO WESTERN <br />EMPIRE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />PLEASANTON MAIN FIRE STATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City Council did on September BO, 1~68, by Resolutio~ <br /> No. 68-169, award the contract for the remodeling and <br /> expansion oF the Pleasanton Main Fire Station to Western <br /> Empire Construction Company. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Director of Public Works and the architect have <br /> recommended that Progress Payment No. 3, in the amount <br /> of $9,42~.48, be paid to Western Empire Construction <br /> Company. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1.
