CITY OF PLEASANI N <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR DEVELOPER'S OBLIGATIONS FOR <br />CROSSINGS OF MAJOR STORM DRAIN CHANNELS <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> The Director of Public Works recommends that the City <br /> Council adopt a policy establishing the developer's <br /> obligations for crossings of major storm drain channels <br /> as outlined in his report, dated March 6, 1967. <br /> <br /> Said report has been reviewed by the Pleasanton Planning <br /> Commission on September 25, 1968. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1.
