WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6q-14 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT NO. 3023, <br />ARROYO DEL PRAD0, UNIT NO. 2 <br /> <br /> The City Council did on June 17, 1968, by Resolution <br /> No. 68-101, approve the Final Subdivision Map for <br /> Tract No. 3023, Arroyo Del Prado, Unit No. 2. <br /> <br /> All necessary bonds have been posted and fees paid. <br /> The Director of Public Works recommends acceptance of <br /> <br /> the public improvements in said tract. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1.
