CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-16 . <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF LEASE RENEWAL FOR THE FIRE STATION IN HIGHLAND OAKS <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />A lease agreement between the City and Schulte-Blackwell <br />Development Company has been proposed, relating to the <br />lease by City for purposes of a fire station a house for <br />a period of two years at a rental of $250.00 per month, <br />commencing February 1, 1970; <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the proposed lease agreement herein be approved <br /> and the appropriate City officers be authorized and <br /> directed to implement said agreement; provided, however, <br /> that acceptance and approval of said agreement is con- <br /> ditioned upon the addition thereto of a provision allow- <br /> ing the City to cancel said lease after the expiration <br /> of a year in order to occupy new facilities which may <br /> by that time have been constructed. <br /> <br />DATED: January 26, 1970 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN C.
