CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS · <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-8 <br /> WATER REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH SCHULTE-BLACKWELL <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> <br /> The City is in receipt of a proposed agreement from <br /> Schulte-Blackwell Development Company providing for <br /> reimbursement by City to Schulte-Blackwell Company for <br /> installation of a 12 inch water line constructed in <br /> Foothill Road; and <br /> <br /> Provisions of said agreement are consistent with the pro- <br /> visions of 0~dinanee No. 466, providing for relmbursemenl <br /> for installation of facilities which ordinarily would be <br /> the City's obligation. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the appropriate City officers be authorized and <br /> directed to execute on behalf of the City the agreement <br /> between City of Pleasanton and Schulte-Blackwell Develop- <br /> ment Company providing for reimbursement to the latter <br /> for the cost of installation of a 12 inch ~ater line in <br /> Foothill Road. <br /> <br />DATED: January 12, 1970 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />H~LEN 'C.
