CiTY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. i70-7 <br />RE: MAIN STREET SIGN STRUCTURE POLICY <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />The Director of Public Works has submitted a proposed <br />policy dated December 3, 1969, for the use by public and <br />private agencies and individuals of the Main Street sign <br />structure; and <br /> <br />Said report considerably limits the instances in which <br />signs may be hung or installed on said Main Street sign <br />structure and also the manner in which signs may be <br />installed; and <br /> <br />Said policy appears to be desirable and in the public <br />interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the policy proposed in the report <br /> <br /> of the Director <br />of Public Works dated December 3, 1969, for the use of <br />the Main Street sign structure for signing purposes is <br />hereby approved and the appropriate City officers <br />authorized to implement same. <br /> <br />DATED: January 5, 1970 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br /> WILLIAM A~ HiRST[ CRy AttorheY <br /> <br />BERNARD T.
