iWHEHEAS: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 70-2 <br /> RESOLUTION NO, _, <br />ACCEPTANCE OF ROSE AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZATION <br />TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT LESS RETENTION <br /> <br />The Rose Avenue Street improvements have been completed <br />and inspected by the engineering staff and it is recommei <br />ded that said improvements be accepted by the City as <br />complete and that payment for work completed on this <br />project in the amount of $516.55 be authorized. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
