CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-16 <br /> <br />RE: RECREATIONAL USE EASEMENTS ALONG ARROYO DEL VALLE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton and Zone 7 of the Alameda County <br /> <br /> Flood Control and Water Conservation District have entere< <br /> into a joint Recreational Use Agreement which said <br /> agreement was approved December 21, 1970 by Resolution <br /> 70-252; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said agreement renders unnecessary continued acquisition <br /> <br /> by City of easements within the Arroyo del Valle for <br /> <br /> recreation purposes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> That the two easements in the Arroyo del Valle received <br /> by MacKay Homes, Inc., for recreational purposes are <br /> hereby quit claimed to MacKay Homes, Inc., and the <br /> appropriate City Officers instructed to take whatever <br /> <br /> action necessary to implement the <br /> here~ <br /> ./--~/ I \ <br /> <br />January 25, 1971 ' , <br /> <br />~elen C.
