WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STAT£ OF 2&LIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLU-FiON NO. 71-8 <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PLANNED <br /> UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION 69-7 (MACKAY HOMES) <br /> <br /> the applicant, MacKay Homes, Inc., has submitted and had <br /> approved by the Planning Commission and City Council <br /> tentative development plans with respect to Planned Unit <br /> Development application No. 69-7; and <br /> applicant has, consistent with the provisions of Article <br /> 14, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the <br /> City of Pleasanton, submitted final development plans <br /> herein which had been approved on November 24, 1970 by <br /> the Planning Commission by Resolution No. 1052; and <br /> the application herein appears clearly to be consistent <br /> with the objectives and purposes provided for in Section <br /> 2-8.25 of the Ordinance Code in that it provides an <br /> imaginative, well-designed, relatively low cost means of <br /> providing single family housing, and provides considerable <br /> commonly owned open space and recreation facilities main- <br /> <br /> tenance of which, by those who directly benefit <br /> is effectively provided for. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />from it, <br /> <br />That the final development plan submitted by MacKay Homes. <br />Inc. in connection with the Planned Unit Development appl~- <br />cation No. 69-7, approved and incorporated by reference ir <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 1052, is hereby ap- <br />proved and the appropriate City officers directed to take <br />whatever steps are necessary to implement said approval. <br />The approval of the final development plan hereinabove <br />referred to shall not become operative until building <br />permits for the construction contemplated therein are <br />assured; provided however that if within one year of the <br /> <br /> <br />
