I :. iliA <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL BY FIRST PLEASANTON INVESTORS <br />TO AMEND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION #69-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Planned Unit Development Application No. 69-8 had been <br /> approved allowing 159 townhouse units; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to revise the approved Tentative <br /> Development Plan so as to provide for 112 units instead of <br /> 159, to revise somewhat the swimming pool, and cabana <br /> <br /> complex, and to add "tot lots" to the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said proposal has been reviewed both by the City Planning <br /> staff and approved by memo dated November 24, 197~ and by <br /> Planning Commission as approved by Resolution No. 1049 <br /> <br /> adopted by the Commission at its meeting November 24, 197I <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the revisions to the approved Tentative Development <br /> Plan submitted in connection with Planned Unit Developmen~ <br /> Plan No. 69-8 is approved as recommended by Resolution No! <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> 1049 of the Planning Commission and as shown on the revised <br /> Tentative Development Plan submitted by First Pleasanton <br /> Investors. <br /> <br /> Appropriate City officers arq~irected to take whatever <br /> steps necessary to lmpleme¢~ s~d ap . <br /> <br />January 4, 1971 ~"~-~-~/ ' <br /> ROBERT I.
