CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 71-6 <br /> RE$OLU'~iC~ ~0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN CITY OF PLEASANTON AND HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> On the 7th day of December, 1970, the City Council of <br /> the City of Pleasanton did set January 4, 1971, as the <br /> time and place of a hearing on the proposed agreement <br /> between the Housing Authority of the City of Pleasanton <br /> and the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br /> Notice of public hearing was published in the Pleasanton <br /> Times on December 9, 1970, pursuant to Section 6066 of <br /> the Government Code ordering the publication; and <br /> <br /> Said hearing has been held and conducted as provided by <br /> law and this Council is familiar with the content of sai~ <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are <br /> authorized, on behalf of the City of Pleasanton, to execute said <br /> Agreement. <br /> <br /> DATED: January 4, 1971 <br /> <br /> On motion of Councilman Bernard Gerton, seconded by <br /> Mayor Reid, the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this <br /> 4th day of January, 1971, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Councilmen Gerton and Pearson and Mayor Reid <br /> Councilmen Christopher Berat~ Geor~iliotopoulos <br /> None ~~ <br /> ROBERT I.
