RESOLUTION NO. 71-5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THERE <br />IS A SURPLUS IN TIlE FUND PROVIDED FOR THE IM- <br />PROVEMENTS MADE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1967-1, <br />WEST PLEASANTON SEWER, CITY OF PLEAS~TON, ALAMEDA <br /> COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been provided in the proceedings for <br /> <br />the creation and consummation of Assessment District No. 1967-1, West <br />Pleasanton Sewer, that any surplus remaining in the improvement <br />fund after the improvements were completed was to be transferred <br />to a special maintenance fund for the maintenance of said improve- <br />ments in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Improvement <br />Act of 1913 of the State of California; and <br /> <br /> WHEP~AS, the improvements have been completed and the <br />Engineer of Work has filed a Final Engineer's Cost Schedule for <br />said assessment district; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there is a surplus in said fund for the improve- <br /> <br />ments, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Final Engineer's Cost Schedule is hereby <br /> <br /> costs for <br /> <br />approved and adopted as the final recapitulation of <br />said assessment district. <br /> <br /> 2) There is hereby found to be a surplus <br /> <br /> in said <br />improvement fund in the amount of ~, which said surplus <br />is found by reference to the Final Engineer's Cost Schedule <br />attached hereto as "EXHIBIT A" and by reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
