WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-20 <br /> <br />RE: DEDICATION OF EASE~NT FOR SANITARY SEWER <br />PURPOSES FROM D. & V. BUILDERS, INC. <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant of Easement <br />dated August 15, 1968, dedicating to City certain <br />easements for the installation, operation and <br />maintenance of sanitary sewers and which provides <br />for Quit Claim of those easements relating to <br />construction to Grantor or its successors upon <br />completion and acceptance of construction of the <br /> <br /> sanitary sewers contemplated. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />that the City accept on the terms and conditions <br />therein provided the easements for sewer purposes <br />enumerated in the Grant of Easement from D. & V. <br />Builders, Inc., to the City of Pleasanton dated <br />August 15, 1968, and that the appropriate City <br /> <br />Officers be instructed to~ <br />necessary to implement s~ <br />February 7, 1972 ~~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ELEN C.
