WHEREAS , <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-18 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />UNIT 6 OF TRACT 2955 (VAL VISTA). <br /> <br />construction of public improvements for Unit 6 <br />of Tract 2955 (Val Vista) has been satisfactorily <br />completed and a maintenance bond and cash bond <br />fop maintenance and repair of improvements <br /> <br /> respectively has been filed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />that the public improvements constructed for <br />Unit 6 of Tract 2955 (Val Vista) are hereby <br />accepted and the appropriate City Officers <br />instructed to take whatever action necessary <br />to implement said acceptance, including the <br />filing of a Notice of Completl <br />thereto. <br /> <br />February 7, 1972 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN C.
