WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION No. 72-14 <br /> <br /> RE: AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR PHASE III OF <br /> IMPROVEMENT OF AMADOR VALLEY COMMUNITY <br /> PARK <br /> <br /> bids were solicited and received for the <br /> Phase III improvement of Amador Valley <br /> Community Park; and <br /> some twelve bids received that of Three-D <br /> Construction Company, Inc. of 2330 Westwood <br /> Boulevard, Los Angeles, California in the amount <br /> of $23,148.00 was the lowest; and <br /> the low bidder herein has been investigated by the <br /> the City Department of Public Works and found to <br /> be reputable and experienced in the contemplated <br /> work. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the low bid of Three-D Construction Company, Inc. <br /> in the amount of $23,148.00 for construction of <br /> improvements of Phase III of Amador Valley <br /> Community Park be accepted and the appropriate <br /> City Officers instructed to prepare and execute <br /> in behalf of the City a contract with said low <br /> <br />Januarys,bidder for the 1972 doing of ~the wor ein. <br /> REID~ <br /> <br />Helen C.
