CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-4 <br />RE: TAX RELIEF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro has taken action urging <br /> Federal and State Legislatures to afford tax relief <br /> to residential property~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the City of San Leandro has requested that the <br /> <br /> City of Pleasanton take similar action. <br /> <br />IiNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City Council does support and urge the <br /> Federal and State Legislatures to inact legislation <br /> granting real and lasting property tax relief to <br /> owner/occupied residential property. <br /> <br /> 2.
