CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-2 <br /> <br />RE: USE OF LANDS ADJACENT TO <br />SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT <br /> <br />PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Lease Agreement whereby <br /> <br /> it would lease lands in the possession of the <br /> City adjacent to the sewage treatment plant to <br /> Mr. Victor Lurid for the purpose of grazing cattle <br /> thereon~ <br /> the term of said lease is consistent with that of <br /> the master lease to the City of Pleasanton and <br /> County of San Francisco and provides for appropriate <br /> hold harmless, termination, and use restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That the Lease Agreement between the City of Pleasanton <br /> and Mr. Victor Lund is hereby approved and the <br /> appropriate City Officers instructed to execute same <br /> <br />on behalf of the City <br />January 3, 1972 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Helen C.
