NOW, <br /> <br />DATED=: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-2 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR VINEYARD <br /> MOBILE ESTATES <br /> <br /> the City is receipt of a Grant Deed dated <br /> December 28, 1972, from Rodney and Kalma <br /> Busk and Raymond and Winifred Hanson offering <br /> for dedication to the City a public service <br /> easement over and across a portion of the <br /> <br /> Vineyard Mobile Estates Mobile Home Park. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
