CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-15 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF LIMITED ACCESS TO <br /> WALTER JOHNSON PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed dated <br /> <br /> January 8; 1973, whereby MacKay & Somps, Civil <br /> Engineers offer for dedication to the City an <br /> easement for pedestrian and emergency vehicle <br /> access across Lot 4 of Tract 2892, for the <br /> purpose of affording limited access, consistent <br /> with the terms thereof, to the Walter Johnson <br /> Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
