WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW f <br /> <br />DATED.: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLyTON <br /> COUNTY OF ~ <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73'17 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF TP3~E AND FENCE REPORT <br /> AND RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED THEREIN <br /> <br /> the Director of Parks and Recreation has s~bmitted <br /> an extensive Tree and Fence Report and has, <br /> based thereon, in a mamorandum dated January 23, <br /> 1973 submitted for the Councils' consideration <br /> recommendations with regard thereto~ and <br /> said recommendations appear for the most part <br /> <br /> to be consistent with the public interest. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
