CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-16 <br /> <br /> AMENDING MASTER PLAN FOR AMADOR VALLEY COMMUNITY PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a master plan for Amador Valley Community Park was origi- <br /> nally approved by the City Council on August 7, 1967~ and <br />WX{EREAS, certain amendments are proposed to be made to the master <br /> <br /> plan to reflect the construction of a cultural arts build- <br /> ing and an interim youth center and a reduction in parking <br /> facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its meeting of January 9, 1974, <br /> adopted Resolution No. 1274 approving the above mentioned <br /> amendments to the master plan for the Amador Valley Com- <br /> munity Park; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASAI~TON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The master plan for the Amador Valley Community Park <br /> which was originally approved by the City Council on <br /> August 7, 1967 is hereby amended to reflect the addition <br /> of a cultural arts building of approximately 3,000 square <br /> feet and an interim youth center of approximately 2,060 <br /> feet and a reduction in parking facilities, limiting park- <br /> ing area to approximately 47 automobiles. <br /> <br />Section 2.
