CITY OF <br />COUNTY <br />STaT~ OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-13 <br /> <br />APPOINTING PRECINCT OFFICERS AND DBSIGNATING <br />POLLING PLACES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Elections Code g22805 requires that the City Council <br /> appoint precinct election officers and designate polling <br /> places 30 days prior to the holding of an election; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Municipal Election is to occur on March 5, 1974; <br /> <br />NOW, T~EREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />~aSOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A"~and incorporated herein <br /> by reference is a list of the precincts, precinct election <br /> officers and designated polling places for the upcoming <br /> March 5, 1974 election. The persons and places set forth <br /> in this list are hereby appointed and design%ted by the <br /> City Council as the precinct officers and polling places <br /> for the aforesaid election. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immeaiately upon <br /> <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Dated: January 28, 1974 <br /> <br /> <br />
