CITY OF PLEASEON <br />COUNTY OF AIa&MEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLgTION NO. 74-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plea~antUn, on August 6, <br /> <br /> 1973, adopted Resolution No. 73-140 (A resolution estab- <br /> if~shing a policy regarding the use of holding tanks within <br /> <br /> the City of Pleasanton); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Alisal Masonic Lodge made application to the City for the <br /> construction of a ~olding tank pursuant to the above <br /> resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this request was considered by the City Council at its <br /> <br /> meeting of January 14, 1974~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, ~Ma CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT~3N DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The holding tank for the Alisal Masonic Lodge,.to be <br /> located on Black Avenue, is hereby approved subject to <br /> the following: <br /> <br /> (1) Detailed plans showing the location, method <br /> and materials of construction, as well as other <br /> pertinent data concerning this holding tank shall <br /> be submitted to and approved by the Director of <br /> Engineering prior to the issuance of a building <br /> permit for this particular development. <br /> <br /> (2) The authorized representatives of the Alisal <br /> Masonic Lodge shall enter into a standard holding <br /> tank agreement with the City, prepared by the City <br /> Attorney, prior to the issuance of a building per- <br /> mit. <br /> <br /> (3) The appropriate represen%atives of the Alisal <br /> Masonic Lodge shall acknowledge in writing to the <br /> City that it is aware of the costs involved in <br /> <br /> <br />
