FOR WORK PERFORMED ON <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 73-2 <br /> ON SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br /> work by Willjams Brothers Construction Company, Inc. <br /> performed in connection with Street Improvements <br /> Project No. 73-2, on Santa Rita Road has progressed <br /> satisfactorily to the point at which PrOgress Pay- <br /> ment No. 1 is in order; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $18,930.31 in favor of <br /> Williams Brothers Construction Company, Inc. of <br /> Union City, California, in satisfaction of Progress <br /> Payment No. 1 for work performed on Street Improve- <br /> ments Project No. 73-2. <br /> <br /> This resolution shall become effective immediately on <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> January 14, 1974 <br /> <br />~&ttest: <br /> <br /> <br />
