CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-20 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />California, in regular session assembled this 27th day of January, <br />1975, that William H.
