RESOLUTION NO. 75-10 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND GENE CALDEIRA GRADING & PAVING, INC. FOR WORK. TO BE DONE AND APPROVING BONDS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-10, PETERS AVENUE PARKING L.I.D., CITY OF PLEASANTON, AL~dMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that contract dated the 9th day of December, 1974, by and between the City of Pleasanton and Gene Caldeira Grading & Paving, Inc. for the work and improvements to be done in Assessment District No. 1974-10, L.I.D., City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Peters Avenue Parking California, is hereby Pleasanton be authorized to sign, and the City Clerk thereof be authorized to attest, said agreement; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the. Labor and Material Bond, and the Faithful Performance Bond to secure the performance of said contract and to secure payment of labor and material claims, be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton in said matter, which said Labor and Material Bond and said Faithful Performance Bond are hereby approved. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 13th day of January, 1975, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, Kinney, Philcox, Le Claire and Mayor Mori NOES: Councilmen None ABSENT: Councilmen None WILLIAM H.
