[C:\TEMP\~LF00001.BMP] <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-9 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION M, qENDING RESOLUTION NO. 70-26, (A <br />TRAFFIC RESOLUTION DEFINING AND ESTABLISHING <br />CERTAIN STREETS AND PARTS ~ STREETS IN THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON AS ONE-~.Y STREETS, THROUGH <br />STREETS, C~TOP INTERSECTIONS, CROSSWALKS, NO <br />STOPPING AND NO PARKING AREAS, DIAGONAL PARKING <br />AREAS AND LIMITED PARKING AREAS) TO RESTRICT <br />PARKING ON VERVAIS AVENUE. <br /> <br />the development of the Arrow Rental site between <br /> <br />Stanley Boulevard and Vervais Avenue will result in <br /> <br />increased traffic in that area; and <br /> <br />access to Vervais will enhance traffic circulation; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Vervais Avenue, Leing thirty feet wide, :~s not of <br /> <br />sufficient width for both travel lanes and parking; <br /> <br />NO~ THEREFOR~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />>~ection 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />~esolution No. 70-!6, a traffic resolution defining <br />and establishing certain streets and parts of streets <br />in the City of Pleasanton as one-way streets, through <br />streets, stop intersections, crosswalks, ~'~o stoppinq <br />and no parking areas, diagonal parking areas and <br />limited parking areas, is hereby amended by the ad- <br />dition of Section 6v-2 and Section 6v-3 to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> "6v-2 Vervais Avenue on the northerly side of <br /> Vervais Avenue from Main Street easterly to <br /> 290 feet easterly of Main Street." <br /> <br /> "~v-3 Vervais Avenue on the southerly side of <br /> Vervais Avenue from Main Street easterly to <br /> 190 feet easterly of Main Street." <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />DATED: January 13, 1975 <br /> <br />ATTEST~ <br /> <br /> 'illiam H.
